My Santacon gear

at 1st stop at Reservoir Bar by NYU.  The place was empty at 1pm when both @ryanlawler and I were there.  Then, we started tweeting, and then it got retweeted. Next thing we knew, the Williamsburg group showed up and the place got filled!

Santacon far exceeded my expectations. So much fun, would totally do it again next year!
